NextGen Explorers Academy (Y-Tunnus 3473459-8) Terms and Conditions for registrations are as follows.

    Welcome to the NextGen Explorers Academy (Y-Tunnus 3473459-8) in Tampere, Finland. By registering your child for our courses, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 

    Registration and Payment

    • Upon registration, a spot will be reserved for your child in the selected course(s).
    • The course fee will be invoiced to you after the second week, according to the chosen plan.
    • Free cancellation is available only during the first week of classes (till January 24th, 2025).
    • After the second week, no refunds will be provided, and the registered parties are required to pay the course fee as agreed, regardless of participation (changes to the condition can be made in case-by-case consideration).

    Non-Transferability

    • The registration is generally non-transferable. The reserved spot can be offered to a sibling only in special instances, evaluated case by case. NextGen Explorers Academy reserves the right to refuse to transfer the spot in the course.

    Attendance and Participation

    • Regular attendance is expected to ensure that your child gains the full benefit of the course.
    • If your child is unable to attend a class, please inform the academy as soon as possible.

    Code of Conduct

    • We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.

    Food and Beverages

    • No food is allowed during lesson times. Please ensure that your child eats before or after class. Water is permitted, but it must be in a spill-proof container. Small snacks can be bought for breaks.

    Changes to the Program

    • NextGen Explorers Academy reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, instructors, or content as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants in advance.
